What is the "Trade" tab for?
The Trade tab is where you can freely buy and sell LSTs and SOL.
Example 1: Jane is trading SOL for bonkSOL (SOL -> bonkSOL). This means that she is buying bonkSOL using SOL. Or in other words, she is selling SOL for bonkSOL.
Example 2: Peter is trading compassSOL for picoSOL (compassSOL -> picoSOL). This means that he is buying picoSOL using compassSOL. Or in other words, he is selling compassSOL for picoSOL.
You don't have to further stake your LST after buying it.
So long as you are holding an LST in your wallet, you are considered "staked with" the LST's project and are already earning the LST's staking yields. There is no need (and nowhere else) to further stake your LST.
Example: If you are holding laineSOL, you are considered already staked with Laine Validator and are earning laineSOL's APY.
Think of it as holding mSOL after staking into Marinade. As long as you are holding the LST, you are considered staked with the protocol!
